Subscription or recurring payments will continue until canceled according to the terms shown at checkout.

Refunds are provided only as stated in the specific program or purchase policy.

5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Participation in any Atlas Training Company program is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that:

You are in good physical and mental condition to engage in fitness or wellness activities.

You have consulted a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition plan.
