Atlas Training Co. offers personalized 1-on-1 personal training, small group fitness classes, and online coaching programs for clients of all fitness levels. Each program is tailored to your goals — whether that’s building muscle, losing weight, improving endurance, or simply creating a healthier lifestyle.
Both! We offer in-person personal training and group sessions in Palm Springs, California, as well as online coaching for clients anywhere in the world. Our virtual programs deliver the same structure, accountability, and professional guidance you'd get in person – right from your home or gym.
Atlas Training Co. is based in Palm Springs, California. In-person training sessions are currently offered through a private training studio and local fitness spaces in the area, while online coaching is available to clients nationwide.
After your initial consultation, we’ll pair you with the right trainer based on your goals, fitness level, and personality. Each coach on the Atlas Training Co. team is certified, experienced, and dedicated to helping you succeed. You’ll receive personalized guidance, ongoing support, and expert accountability every step of the way.

Every client gets the same level of care and accountability, whether training in person or online, supported by real-time progress tracking through the Everfit app.
Each 1-on-1 session is designed specifically for you. From there, we design a fully personalized program that includes strength training, mobility work, and conditioning — all tracked through the Everfit app for continuous adjustments and accountability.
Absolutely. Our trainers work with clients of all ages and experience levels, including those recovering from injuries or just starting out. We tailor every movement and intensity level to your abilities and make sure you build a strong foundation safely and confidently.
It depends on your goals, schedule, and recovery needs. Most clients see great results training 2 to 4 times per week. During your consultation, we’ll recommend a schedule that maximizes progress while fitting naturally into your lifestyle.
You can start with as little as a pair of dumbbells, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises. If you have access to a gym, we’ll tailor your workouts accordingly. Your trainer will design your plan around the equipment you already have — no fancy setup required.

The Everfit app is where all your workouts, progress tracking, and communication happen. You’ll receive your custom training plan, video demonstrations, and daily reminders right in the app. Your trainer monitors your performance, adjusts your plan as needed, and provides ongoing feedback to keep you progressing toward your goals.
Yes! The Everfit app includes in-app messaging so you can reach your trainer anytime. Whether you need form tips, motivation, or help adjusting your schedule, your coach is there to keep you supported and accountable between sessions.
Not necessarily. Many of our clients train successfully from home using just dumbbells, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises. If you do have gym access, we’ll tailor your plan to the equipment available there. Either way, your program is designed to work with your setup — not against it.

Yes. We offer flexible training packages and monthly memberships for both in-person and online coaching. You can choose from single sessions, recurring weekly plans, or full transformation programs. Your trainer will recommend the best option based on your goals and schedule.
We understand life happens! We simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This helps us keep the schedule running smoothly and ensures every client gets dedicated time with their trainer.
Yes — every new client starts with a complimentary consultation. During this session, we’ll talk through your goals, training history, and any challenges you’ve faced. It’s a chance to see if we’re the right fit before you commit to a program.
We accept major credit and debit cards, Venmo, Square Cash, Zelle, and PayPal,. For ongoing programs, you can also set up automatic billing for convenience and consistency.
