Who We Are

Chad Ryan, founder of Atlas Training Co., began his fitness journey over a decade ago with a simple goal — to transform his own life through strength, discipline, and personal growth. After earning his NASM certification and training thousands of sessions with clients from all walks of life, Chad saw firsthand that fitness was about far more than just workouts — it was about helping people change how they live, think, and show up for themselves.

Based in Palm Springs, California, Chad worked with clients everywhere from private studios to virtual sessions around the world. Along the way, he noticed a common problem: traditional personal training could be too expensive or inconsistent, while online coaching often lacked the personal connection and accountability that drives real, lasting change.

That realization led to the creation of Atlas Training Co. — a hybrid personal training company built on transformation, connection, and results. We provide in-person training and small group classes in Palm Springs, as well as online coaching and personalized fitness programs for clients anywhere in the world.

Every Atlas program is designed around your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. You’ll receive a customized workout plan, nutrition guidance, and ongoing accountability through the Everfit app — with direct support from certified trainers who keep you motivated and on track.

At Atlas Training Co., coaching is the core of everything we do. We believe that transformation doesn’t come from a quick fix or a cookie-cutter plan — it comes from building strong habits, mastering proper movement, and surrounding yourself with people who push you to grow.
